 | I have served as a former Assistant State Attorney, Miami-Dade County for three years, and have built a small firm which has grown from a solo practice with a headquarters in Miami and a second office in Orlando, Florida. As owner and managing attorney I have had the opportunity to mentor two attorneys, a team of twelve staff, in addition to tackling logistical, human resource issues associated with a small firm, in addition to managing my own caseload in criminal defense, real estate, immigration and family law. This experience will easily translate to the courtroom where the Circuit Judge works closely with his courtroom staff in addition to effectively managing his time and caseload. During my tenure in the U.S. Army, as a Company Commander, I was responsible for the safety, health and welfare of 105 men and women soldiers, and their families. Each and every day I made decisions that would somehow impact their lives.
